Environmental Technicians assist All in One Home Inspectors in assessing and evaluating the environmental conditions of our clients' homes. This includes checking for things like air quality, mold, asbestos, lead, radon gas, and other potential hazards. Environmental Technicians conduct tests, dig holes to examine the environment, and take samples. It's a crucial role in promoting safe and sustainable living environments.
Job Duties
- Performing well sanitations.
- Collecting well samples.
- Performing wood destroying insect inspections.
- Placing and picking up radon cannisters.
- Septic evaluations (This may require digging and heavy lifting)
Physical Requirements
- Some inspections may require digging.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Environmental Technicians need to be willing to work outdoors year-round.

- 8 hour shift
