Frequently Asked Questions

Here at All In One Home Inspection, LLC, we believe that our relationship with our clients does not stop when the home inspection is over. Our staff is available to answer any questions you may have about your home inspection before and after it is complete. Our purpose is to educate you about the home to the fullest.

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions that you may find helpful.

A home inspection can take anywhere from 2-4 hours. This depends on the size of the house and if any other inspections are being done at the time of the home inspection (well, septic, radon, mold, or wood destroying insect inspection, for example).

Our prices for a home inspection are based on the square footage of the house. If you do not know the square footage at the time of ordering the inspection, that is no problem. We are able to look that information up for you.

Since we generate the inspection report through a program called Home Inspector Pro, we guarantee that you will have a copy in your e-mail within 24 hours from the time of the inspection, usually even sooner! That is why we ask for your e-mail address when you order the inspection.

We help first time home buyers by informing them the best that we can about the property they are looking to purchase. Since our home inspection reports are easy to read, the first time home buyer will have no problem translating what is in the report.

We do highly encourage our clients to be there at the time of the inspection. By being present you will have full knowledge of our findings. You can also ask any questions that you may have at the time of the inspection.

While our staff here is very knowledgeable, we do not know the inspections that your lender is requiring for your loan to go to settlement. We recommend that you call your lender and ask what you need tested.
